Mott & Bow – 2020
My experience analyzing user data and behavior as well as my work in the D2C space gave me the opportunity to work with Mott & Bow and examine why conversion was dropping.
My first task was market research and understanding the delicate balance between ease of use, familiarity, and premium feel. For D2C companies this balance is especially intricate because these brands have built themselves on top of the idea that luxury can meet convenience.
From here I was able to wireframe specific screens in the product and checkout flow, isolate and iterate on user interface and experience issues, and test these changes on an isolated user group. Once initial hypotheses were proven accurate, final screens were delivered to developers for immediate implementation.
